The ASX Appendix 4E of Suncorp Group Limited and subsidiaries (the Suncorp Group ) for the financial year ended 30 June 2020 is filed with the Australian Securities Exchange ( ASX ) under ASX Listing Rule 4.3A. 1 On 17 December 2019, $206 million of SUNPE were exchanged and reinvested in Capital Notes 3 (CN3) as part of a reinvestment offer. On 17 June 2020, Suncorp exercised an optional exchange with respect to the remaining $194 million SUNPE, with $171 million converted into ordinary shares, and the balance redeemed for cash.

There is no attributed conduit income.

The record date for determining entitlements to the SUN 2020 final dividend is 27 August 2020.

SUN shareholders will be able to participate in the Company’s Dividend Reinvestment Plan (DRP) in respect of the 2020 final ordinary dividend. The last date for receipt of an election notice is 28 August 2020.

Participation in the DRP is subject to the terms and conditions of the DRP, as shareholders in some jurisdictions are not permitted to participate.
