Hybrid Security Suspension from Quotation and Upcoming Removal

The following securities of Suncorp Group Limited ('SUN') will be suspended from quotation immediately under Listing Rule 17.2, pending the redemption of the securities.

Removal of the Suncorp Capital Notes 3 issued on 17 December 2019 under Listing Rule 17.10 will occur following announcement of the redemption and lodgement by SUN of an Appendix 3H – Notification of Cessation of Securities.

The suspension and upcoming removal only applies to the securities noted above and does not apply to any other quoted securities of SUN.
