Completion of redemption of $A330 million wholesale, floating rate subordinated notes

Suncorp Group Limited (ASX:SUN | ADR:SNMCY) ( Suncorp ) has today announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, AAI Limited (ABN 48 005 297 807) ( AAI ), has successfully redeemed all A$330 million wholesale, floating rate subordinated notes issued on 6 October 2016 ( Notes ), in accordance with the terms of the Notes ( Note Terms ).

Holders who were recorded on the register at 5.00pm (Sydney time) on 28 September 2022 (the Record Date for final payments) will today receive the face value of A$10,000.00 per Note plus the final interest payment of A$128.92 per Note subject to and in accordance with the Note Terms.

Authorised for lodgement with the ASX by the Group Chief Financial Officer.
