Description

On 27 March 2017, Suncorp Group Limited (Company) announced an offer of new perpetual, subordinated, convertible, unsecured Capital Notes (ASX Code: SUNPF).

Deferred Settlement Trading

It is expected that the Capital Notes will commence trading on a deferred settlement basis from 10:00am (+/- 15 secs) AEST on Monday 8 May 2017.
