Sale of New Zealand Guardian Trust

The sale of the New Zealand Guardian Trust business to The Trust Company (ASX:TRU), was announced on 17 December 2010.

The Trust Company has today confirmed that all commercial conditions related to the transaction have been satisfied, however the sale remains subject to approval by the Overseas Investment Office and the New Zealand Government.
