Appointment of Company Secretary

Suncorp Group Limited (ASX: SUN | ADR: SNMCY) (the Company) today announced that Ms Cassandra Hamlin has been appointed a Company Secretary of the Company effective today.

Mr Darren Solomon continues in the role of Company Secretary and will continue to be the person responsible for communications with the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) under Listing Rule 12.6.

Authorised for lodgement with the ASX by the Board.
