Resignation of Company Secretary
Suncorp (ASX: SUN | ADR: SNMCY) today announced Kristy Huxtable has resigned as Company Secretary effective today 14 February 2019.
Ms Huxtable has accepted a new role within Suncorp in the Technology, Data and Labs function, reporting directly to the Chief Information Officer.
Darren Solomon will continue in the role of Company Secretary.
