Appointment of Company Secretary

Suncorp Group Limited has appointed Anna Lenahan as Group General Counsel and Company Secretary effective 21 March 2011. Anna was most recently a partner at Allens Arthur Robinson and has significant experience in corporate and commercial practice working with some of Australia’s leading financial services organisations.

Cliff Chuter and Darren Solomon will continue to act as additional Company Secretaries.
