BOARD RESIGNATION For Cross Release: SUN / SBK

Suncorp Group Limited today advised Stuart Grimshaw has resigned as a nonexecutive director. Mr Grimshaw’s resignation follows his appointment as chief executive of the Bank of Queensland.

Chairman John Story congratulated Mr Grimshaw on his new appointment and thanked him for his contribution to the Suncorp Group Board.

“Stuart has made an important contribution since his appointment last year. On behalf of the Board, I would like to thank Stuart for his efforts and wish him the best for his future career.”

A search for a replacement director is underway.
