MANAGEMENT CHANGE

Suncorp today advised Scott Alomes, group executive for human resources, has resigned due to health reasons. An executive search is under way to appoint a replacement.

Mr Alomes said he was facing surgery and a long recuperation from a back condition that has deteriorated significantly recently.

“I would like to thank Patrick Snowball and the Suncorp Board for their understanding of my circumstances,” Mr Alomes said.

Mr Snowball said, while disappointed, he understood that Mr Alomes’ recovery was the priority and wished him well for the future.

In the interim, human resources accountabilities will be shared among the executive team.
