2022 Annual General Meeting – Change of Date, Time and Location
Suncorp Group Limited (ASX: SUN | ADR: SNMCY) (the Company) today announces that the 2022 Annual General Meeting (AGM) has been deferred by one day and will now take place at 1:00pm on Friday, 23 September 2022 at the Ballroom, Hilton Brisbane . This change follows the announcement by the Prime Minister that Thursday, 22 September 2022 will be a National Day of Mourning and a public holiday in honour of the life and service of Her Majesty, Queen Elizabeth II.
The Company notes that Friday, 23 September 2022 is a declared public holiday in Victoria and that this may affect some shareholders. However, extraordinary circumstances have necessitated this change of date. Shareholders who are not able to attend the AGM can still vote and submit questions ahead of the day, as detailed further below. Any questions submitted will be appropriately addressed. If you have already voted or appointed a proxy, these remain valid. The AGM will be recorded for viewing later.
The AGM will continue to be held in a hybrid format, meaning that shareholders can participate in person or online. The changed arrangements, including the change of venue, are noted below, together with the means by which all shareholders can vote and ask questions ahead of, or during, the AGM:

Time: 1:00pm Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST) Location: The meeting will continue to be held in a hybrid format.
