Approved the 24[th] Notice of Annual General Meeting along with Directors’ Report, Management Discussion and Analysis Report, Secretarial Audit Report and Corporate Governance report for the financial year ended on 31[st] March, 2020.

Approved Closure of Books & Register of Members for the purpose of 24[th] Annual General Meeting (AGM). The Books will be closed from Wednesday September 23, 2020 to Tuesday September 29, 2020. (Both days inclusive).

Appointment of M/s. Arunkumar Shah & Co. as an Internal Auditor of the Company for the FY 2020-21.

Appointment of M/s. SCP & Co., Company Secretaries, Mumbai, to act as a Scrutinizer for the purpose of E-voting & ballot voting at the 24[th] Annual General Meeting.
