INVESTMENT AGREEMENT SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION
Substrate AI (AQUIS: SAI/SAI.B) announces that, further to its announcement made on 9 February 2024 regarding the investment agreement entered into between Substrate AI and INDICO INVESTMENTS AND MANAGEMENT, S.L. (the "Investment Agreement"), the Board of Directors will submit the Investment Agreement for ratification by the General Shareholders' Meeting, to be convened by the Board of Directors of the Company in due course.
The Company also clarifies that the Investment Agreement does not include a pre-established schedule for the disbursement of the 4 tranches of €500,000. The tranches will be disbursed by INDICO at the sole request of Substrate AI.
The Directors of the Company accept responsibility for the contents of the announcement.
