F1: This amendment is being filed to correct the exercise price as that of the Ordinary Shares rather than the American Depositary Shares ("ADSs"). The option exercise price per share is equal to the fair market value per Ordinary Share on the grant date based on the trading price of the Issuer's ADSs.
F2: 1/4th of the shares subject to the option shall vest March 1, 2025, and the remaining shares shall vest in 36 equal monthly installments thereafter, subject to the Reporting Person's continued service through each such vesting date.
