Ströer SE intends to sign an agreement with OMS Online Marketing Service
GmbH & Co. KG on the complete takeover of OMS Vermarktungs GmbH & Co. KG.
OMS Vermarktungs GmbH & Co. KG is the digital marketer of 33 regional
newspaper publishers in Germany. OMS Vermarktungs GmbH & Co. KG will become
part of Ströer Digital Group GmbH, a wholly owned subsidiary of Ströer SE,
by way of a capital increase. In return, OMS Online Marketing Service GmbH
& Co. KG will be given a 10% share in Ströer Digital Group GmbH. The
transaction will be subject to approval by the competent antitrust
authorities.
