SThree plc announces that on 30 August 2016 it issued 82,460 new Ordinary shares of 1p each. For confirmation the Company's issued capital is now 129,831,294 Ordinary shares of 1p each.

Following this issue the total number of voting rights in SThree is 128,197,212 ordinary shares of 1p each and there are 1,634,082 shares held in treasury.
