On 22 May 2026, Damian Fehrenberg, Interim CFO and a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities, was granted a conditional share award over 62,189 ordinary shares of 1p each in SThree plc under the SThree plc Long Term Incentives Plan 2026. No price is payable by the PDMR on either the grant or vesting of the award.
