SThree plc announces that on 14 December 2015 it issued 5,649 new Ordinary shares of 1p each. For confirmation the Company's issued capital is now 129,619,877 Ordinary shares of 1p each.

Following this issue the total number of voting rights in SThree is 129,207,980 ordinary shares of 1p each and there are 411,897 shares held in treasury.
