SThree plc announces that on 22 October 2015 it issued 53,184 new Ordinary shares of 1p each. For confirmation the Company's issued capital is now 129,227,250 Ordinary shares of 1p each.

Following this issue the total number of voting rights in SThree is 128,953,153 ordinary shares of 1p each and there are 274,097 shares held in treasury.
