SThree plc announces that on 25 August 2015 it issued 271,800 new Ordinary shares of 1p each. For confirmation the Company's issued capital is now 128,038,156 Ordinary shares of 1p each.

Following this issue the total number of voting rights in SThree is 127,926,520 ordinary shares of 1p each and there are 111,636 shares held in treasury.
