SThree plc announces that on 14 August 2015 it issued 157,325 new Ordinary shares of 1p each. For confirmation the Company's issued capital is now 127,476,599 Ordinary shares of 1p each.

Following this issue the total number of voting rights in SThree is 127,410,136 ordinary shares of 1p each and there are 66,463 shares held in treasury.
