SThree plc announces that on 29 January 2015 it issued 500,000 new Ordinary shares of 1p each. For confirmation the Company's issued capital is now 127,246,231 Ordinary shares of 1p each.

Following this issue the total number of voting rights in SThree is 127,190,278 ordinary shares of 1p each and there are 55,953 shares held in treasury.
