SThree plc announces that on 12 November 2014 it issued  4,607 new Ordinary shares of 1p each. For confirmation the Company's issued capital is now 126,582,340 Ordinary shares of 1p each.

Following this issue the total number of voting rights in SThree is 126,526,387 ordinary shares of 1p each and there are 55,953 shares held in treasury.
