Transfer of shares held in Treasury

SThree plc (the "Company") announces that on 7 February 2014 it transferred 19,998 Ordinary shares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares") from Treasury and issued 34,561 Ordinary shares, to be used for minority interest transfers to individuals.

Following this transfer the Company holds 290,197 Ordinary Shares in Treasury and the Company's issued share capital is 124,107,367 Ordinary Shares (excluding Treasury shares).
