Issue of up to approximately $0.5m shares under Share Purchase Plan (SPP) as announced on 22 August 2022. It is expected that the issue of securities under the SPP will be on or around 30 September 2022 following the closure of the offer on 23 September 2022. Investors under the Placement and eligible shareholders under the SPP to be offered one (1) free attaching unlisted option for every two (2) New Shares subscribed for, subject to shareholders approval.
