Section 708A Cleansing Notice

Stellar Resources Limited (ASX: SRZ, "Stellar" or the "Company") advises that it has issued 668,298,437 new fully paid ordinary shares in the capital of the Company (Shares) at an issue price of $0.033 (3.3 cents) per Share to sophisticated and professional investors as announced on 30 April 2026.

The Company confirms that:

a) the Shares were issued without disclosure to investors under Part 6D.2 of the Corporations Act;
b) the Company is providing this notice under section 708A(5)(e) of the Corporations Act;
c) as at the date of this notice the Company, as a disclosing entity under the Corporations Act, has compiled with:

i. the provisions of Chapter 2M of the Corporations Act as they apply to the Company; and
ii. section 674 and 674A of the Corporations Act as it applies to the Company; and

d) as at the date of this announcement, there is no excluded information of the type referred to in Section 708A (7) and 708A (8) of the Corporations Act.

An Appendix 2A relating to this issue has been previously released.
