Section 708A Cleansing Notice

Stellar Resources Limited (ASX: SRZ , “ Stellar ” or the “ Company ”) advises that it has issued 10,125,000 new fully paid ordinary shares ( Shares ) at an issue price of $0.015 (1.5 cents) per Share in relation to the exercise of unquoted options.

The Company confirms that:

• a) the Shares were issued without disclosure to investors under Part 6D.2 of the Corporations Act;

• b) the Company is providing this notice under section 708A(5)(e) of the Corporations Act:

• c) as at the date of this notice the Company, as a disclosing entity under the Corporations Act, has compiled with:

  • i. the provisions of Chapter 2M of the Corporations Act as they apply to the Company; and

  • ii. section 674 and 674A of the Corporations Act as it applies to the Company; and

• d) as at the date of this announcement, there is no excluded information of the type referred to in Section 708A (7) and 708A (8) of the Corporations Act.
