Stellar Resources Limited (ASX: SRZ) – Trading Halt

Trading in the securities of Stellar Resources Limited (‘SRZ’) will be halted at the request of SRZ, pending the release of an announcement by SRZ.

Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of:

• the commencement of normal trading on Tuesday, 11 November 2025; or

• the release of the announcement to the market.

SRZ’s request for a trading halt is attached below for the information of the market.

REQUEST FOR TRADING HALT

Stellar Resources Limited (ASX: SRZ ) (the Company ) requests an immediate halt to the trading of the Company’s securities (ASX: SRZ) quoted on the Australian Securities Exchange ( ASX ) in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 17.1.

The trading halt is requested to enable the Company to prepare and release a market announcement regarding a capital raise ( purpose ).

In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 17.1, the Company provides the following information in relation to the request:

1. The trading halt is necessary to assist the Company in managing its continuous disclosure obligations as the Company expects to make an announcement to the market in relation to the stated purpose above.

2. The Company requests that the trading halt remains in place until the earlier of commencement of normal trading on Tuesday, 11 November 2025, or when the announcement regarding the stated purpose is released to the market.

3. The event that will end the trading halt is the announcement referred to in paragraph 1.

4. The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted or of any further information necessary to inform the market about the trading halt.
