Request for Suspension of Securities

Pursuant to Listing Rule 17.2, Stellar Resources Limited (ASX:SRZ) ( Company ) requests a suspension be granted by ASX Limited with respect to the Company’s ordinary securities.

For the purposes of Listing Rule 17.2, the Company provides the following information:

• 1 the Company is seeking a request for suspension in connection with a proposed capital raising, still pending finalisation of the details;

• 2 the Company expects the suspension to last until Thursday 27 February 2014;

• 3 the Company requests that the suspension continue until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Thursday 27 February 2014 and when the Company makes an announcement to the market and requests that the suspension be lifted;

• 4 the Company is not aware of any reason why the suspension should not be granted or of any other information available at this stage that is relevant to the suspension request.
