Issue of Options
Stellar Resources Limited wishes to advise today that a total of 25,000,000 unlisted options to subscribe for shares in the Company have been issued to Capetown S.A. following shareholder approval received at the Company’s General Meeting held on 26 February 2014. Each option shall have an exercise price of $0.08 and exercisable within a period of 3 (three) years, expiring 26 February 2017.
The Company currently does not have any Director or Employee options on issue, other than stated above.
