CHANGE IN NON-EXECUTIVE CHAIRMAN

Stellar Resources Limited (ASX: SRZ, “Stellar” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce that current NonExecutive Director, Mr Simon Taylor, will become Non-Executive Chairman effective immediately. Mr Taylor has been a Non-Executive Director of the Company since 24 December 2019.

Mr Taylor is a resources industry executive with over 30 years’ experience in geology, finance and corporate management at CEO and Board levels. His direct operational and capital markets experience spans a wide range of commodities and jurisdictions including Africa, Australia, South and North America, Europe and China. In addition to his experience as a resource professional, he has advised companies at the corporate level on capital management, acquisitions, promotions and strategies to add shareholder value.

Most recently, Mr Taylor was Managing Director of Oklo Resources Limited when it was acquired by B2Gold Corp in September 2022. Currently he is a Non-Executive Director of Chesser Resources, Black Canyon Resources and Petratherm Limited. Mr Taylor is a Member of the Australian Institute of Geoscientists (MAIG) and a graduate of Sydney University.

Mr Simon O’Loughlin will step down from the role of Non-Executive Chairman and will revert to a Non-Executive Director. The Board would like to extend its appreciation to Mr O’Loughlin for his valuable contribution to the Company over the last 4 years.

Mr Simon O’Loughlin commented:

“ It has been a great privilege to serve as Non-Executive Chairman for the Company and I welcome the opportunity to continue on as Non-Executive Director . The Board and I decided that our current Non-Executive Director, Simon Taylor, will become Non-Executive Chairman to utilise his extensive experience and expertise as the Company enters an exciting new period as we progress the Heemskirk Tin Project and other projects in NE Tasmania.”
