Change in Company Secretary and Principal Place of Business
Stellar Resources Limited (ASX: SRZ, “ Stellar ” or the “ Company ”) is pleased to announce that specialist Company Secretarial, Governance and Accounting firm, Leydin Freyer, continues to undertake the Company Secretarial role noting that Ms Melanie Leydin will step down as appointed Company Secretary and Mr Mathew Watkins appointed in the office holder position as Company Secretary.
Whilst Ms Leydin will continue her involvement in supporting the progress of the Company, Mr Watkins will replace Ms Leydin as the Company’s appointed Company Secretary effective as at today.
Mr Watkins is a Chartered Accountant who has extensive ASX experience within several industry sectors including Biotechnology, Bioscience, Resources and Information Technology. He specialises in ASX statutory reporting, ASX compliance, Corporate Governance and board and secretarial support. Mr Watkins is appointed Company Secretary on ASX listed Companies Navarre Mineral Limited (ASX: NML) and Medibio Limited (ASX: MEB) as well as a number of public unlisted companies. Mr Watkins is employed at Leydin Freyer, a professional Company Secretarial and Accounting firm. Leydin Freyer have vast experience working with listed entities and brings a strong background of working with growing companies within the Resources sector.
