Resignation of Non-Executive Director
Stellar Resources Limited (ASX: SRZ, “Stellar” or the “Company) advises that Mr Miguel Lopez has tendered his resignation as a Non-Executive Director of the Board effective from close of business 3[rd] May 2019.

Miguel joined the Stellar Board in June 2014 and has provided a unique and invaluable European perspective on strategic planning and corporate finance during his 5-year tenure. Miguel supported the development of Stellar into a tin focused exploration and development company with a strong portfolio of tin assets in Tasmania.
The Board, management and staff of Stellar Resources wish Miguel well for his future endeavours and express their gratitude for his enthusiastic and valuable service. The Company will provide an update to the market regarding a replacement in due course.
