Appointment of Company Secretary and Chief Financial Officer

Stellar Resources Limited ( “SRZ” or “the Company” ) is pleased to announce the appointment of Ms Melanie Leydin as Company Secretary and Chief Financial Officer of the Company effective this day.

Melanie is a Chartered Accountant with over 25 years’ experience and has extensive experience working with a range of ASX Listed entities. Melanie is a Principal of Leydin Freyer Corp Pty Ltd which provides outsourced Company Secretarial and Accounting Services to a number of public and private companies including the resources sector.

This announcement follows the retirement of Ms Christina Kemp as Company Secretary and Chief Financial Officer effective this day. The Board wishes to thank Christina for her contribution and efforts during her tenure and wishes her the best in her retirement and all future endeavours.
