Retirement of Non-executive Director
The Directors of Stellar Resources Limited have reluctantly accepted the resignation of Dr Markus Elsasser who has decided to reduce his business commitments.
Dr Elsasser has been a Non-executive Director of the Company since June 2013 and during his tenure made a valuable contribution to the Company’s development.
The Directors of Stellar Resources Limited have decided not to replace Dr Elsasser at this time.
I would like to thank Dr Markus Elsasser for his support over a number of years and look forward to his continuing involvement as a shareholder.
