New Director Appointment
The Directors of Stellar Resources Limited are pleased to announce the appointment of Dr. Markus Elsasser as a Non‐Executive Director of the Company.
Dr. Elsasser (57) is a German financier and investor in the mineral resource sector and has been involved with Stellar as a shareholder for the past three years. As head of the Elsasser family office M. Elsasser & Cie AG 1971 in Dusseldorf, Germany, Dr Elsasser provides advice to a number of European based investors.
Dr. Elsasser was Director of Finance at the Dow Chemical Company in Germany. He also has had extensive experience as a Managing Director in the chemical and food industries in Singapore and Australia.
Dr. Elsasser has a degree and PhD in Business Administration from Cologne University, Germany.
In addition to Stellar Resources Limited, Dr. Elsasser is also a Non‐Executive Director of the following companies:
