Resignation and new appointment of Company Secretary

Mr Melvyn Drummond, Company Secretary, has resigned due to other work commitments, effective 17 October 2011.

Ms Christina Kemp, Finance Manager, has been appointed as Company Secretary, effective immediately.

Mr Drummond has been involved with Stellar since its inception and on behalf of the Board and shareholders I would like to thank him for his contribution and wish him all the best for his future endeavours.
