Resignation of Director

The Board of Stellar Resources Limited advises the resignation of Mr B. E. Laws as a Nonexecutive Director of the Company, effective immediately.

Mr Laws has made a highly valued contribution since the IPO of the company and the Board has accepted his resignation with regret.

Mr Laws elected to resign in order to facilitate the Board’s desire to reduce the number of directors from four to three (two non-executives). A smaller board is one of a number of measures adopted under a business sustainability plan that will take the company into 2010 in good financial standing.
