Statt Torsk ASA is after close of trade today expected to be dissolved and delisted following completion of the merger between Statt Torsk ASA (as the transferring company) and Vesterålen Havbruk Statt AS (as the acquiring company), a wholly owned subsidiary of Vesterålen Havbruk AS, with consideration to the shareholders of Statt Torsk ASA in the form of shares in Vesterålen Havbruk AS.
