AGM DATE AND LAST DATE FOR DIRECTOR NOMINATIONS
Stanmore Resources Limited (“Stanmore” or the “Company”) (ASX: SMR) advises that, in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1, the Company’s 2024 Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) will be held on Thursday, 23 May 2024 at 01:00 pm (AEST).
In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1 and Rule 11.4 of the Company’s Constitution, the Company also advises that the closing date for receipt of nominations from persons wishing to be considered for election as a director at the AGM is 5:00 pm (AEST) on Thursday, 4 April 2024.
Further details will be provided in the Notice of Meeting for the AGM in due course.
