AGM Date and Last Date for Director Nominations

Stanmore Resources Limited (“Stanmore” or the “Company”) (ASX: SMR) advises that, in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1, the Company’s 2026 Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) will be held on Wednesday, 20 May 2026 at 10:00 am (AEST).

In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1 and Rule 11.4 of the Company’s Constitution, the Company also advises that the closing date for receipt of nominations from persons wishing to be considered for election as a director at the AGM is 5:00 pm (AEST) on Friday, 27 March 2026.

Further details will be provided in the Notice of Meeting for the AGM in due course.
