Three-year Contract to Deliver Robotic Inspection and Emissions Services
Follows successful proof of concept campaign with Middle East State-Owned Upstream Oil & Gas Operator
Highlights:
- SRJ has secured a three-year contract with a leading government-owned Middle Eastern upstream operator with a total indicative value of US$4.4m (A$6.1m)
- Contract covers advanced robotic leak detection and emissions inspection across onshore and offshore assets
- Follows a successful proof-of-concept campaign at an onshore gas facility
- Positions SRJ for long-term recurring revenue and regional expansion
SRJ Technologies Group Plc (ASX: SRJ) ("SRJ" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that its UAE subsidiary entity, Air Control Entech Survey LLC ("ACE"), has been awarded a three-year contract (the "Contract") valued at US$4.4m (A$6.1m) to deliver advanced robotic leak-detection and emissions-inspection services for a major government-owned upstream oil and gas operator in the United Arab Emirates ("Client").
The contract follows a successful proof-of-concept campaign completed by ACE at one of the Client's onshore gas facilities. The campaign demonstrated the effectiveness of ACE's proprietary remote inspection technologies, developed by the Company's in-house research and development team, in detecting leaks and quantifying emissions with a high degree of accuracy, safety and operational efficiency.
The Client is a state-owned upstream oil and gas operator that oversees a broad portfolio of mature onshore and offshore oil and gas production assets that have supported the region's hydrocarbon sector for decades. These long-producing fields constitute a key component of the Emirate's energy output and have significantly influenced the development of its wider economy.
The Client maintains a strong commitment to safety, environmental responsibility, and operational resilience, underpinned by internationally recognised certifications. These standards demand robust asset integrity support that can be delivered with SRJ's data-driven integrity-monitoring and emissions-compliance technologies.
Under the terms of the agreement, ACE will deploy its advanced robotic and remote inspection solutions to support the Client's asset integrity, emissions management, and regulatory compliance objectives across multiple facilities. The services will be delivered over a three-year term, subject to standard termination clauses and the option to extend by a further two years at the Client's discretion. The Contract is expected to provide a recurring revenue stream to the Company totalling an estimated US$4.4m (A$6.1m) across the three-year period. This estimate reflects potential activity levels discussed with the Client and is indicative only, with no guarantee of minimum work volumes under the agreement.

The agreement operates on a call-off basis, with services mobilised upon written request by the Client and delivered in accordance with agreed operational, safety and regulatory requirements. Fees are based on agreed tariff rates for inspection services, standby time and additional equipment where required, with invoices payable under agreed commercial payment terms.
ACE's technologies enable safe, non-intrusive inspection of critical infrastructure, reducing the need for manual intervention while improving detection capability and data quality.
Comment from CEO, SRJ Technologies Group Plc, Kurt Reeves:
"This contract represents a significant milestone for SRJ as we build direct relationships with leading oil and gas NOC's in the Middle East. Importantly, it also validates the strength of our technology following a successful on-site proof-of-concept.
"We are proud to support our new Client in improving the safety, efficiency, and environmental performance of its operations. This long-term agreement provides a strong foundation for recurring revenue and further expansion across the region."
