Release of Escrow

SRJ Technologies Group Plc (ASX: SRJ) (“SRJ” or the “Company”) advises that in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.10A, a total of 85,743,572 CHESS Depository Interests (“CDIs”), issued in connection with the acquisition of Air Control Entech Limited will be released from voluntary escrow on 19 May 2026.

The Company has been advised that several existing shareholders have agreed to acquire these CDIs, upon release of escrow, at a price of $0.009 per CDI, being the same price as the Company’s recently completed capital raising.
