SRJ Technologies Group PLC (ASX: SRJ) – Trading Halt

Trading in the securities of SRJ Technologies Group PLC ('SRJ') will be halted at the request of SRJ, pending the release of an announcement by SRJ.

Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of:

• the commencement of normal trading on Tuesday, 5 May 2026; or
• the release of the announcement to the market.

SRJ’s request for a trading halt is attached below for the information of the market.

SRJ Technologies Group PLC – Trading halt request

Pursuant to Listing Rule 17.1, SRJ Technologies Group PLC (ASX: SRJ) (Company) requests a trading halt in respect of the Company's CHESS Depository Interests (CDIs) with immediate effect.

In accordance with Listing Rule 17.1, the Company advises:

1. the Company requests a trading halt to facilitate a capital raising by way of a placement of new CDIs;
2. the Company requests the trading halt remain in place until the earlier of the Company releasing an announcement in relation to completion of the capital raising, or the commencement of trading on Tuesday 5 May 2026;
3. the Company expects that the trading halt will be ended by it making an announcement to the ASX in relation to completion of the capital raising; and
4. the Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted or of any information necessary to inform the market or ASX about the trading halt.
