SRJ launches Placement following recent Contract awards

Highlights:

• Proposed Placement to raise up to approximately A$2.57m to support the execution of secured contracts and expansion of advanced inspection operations in the Middle East, including deployment of robotics platforms, vehicles and pilots.
• The Company is progressing a phased growth strategy aimed at establishing a leading regional asset integrity services platform focused on the Middle East market.
• Near-term focus on revenue growth through independently secured maintenance contracts and scalable operational delivery, with significant contracts already awarded across both Asset Integrity Maintenance and Advanced Inspection Services in the region.
• The Company is entering a key growth phase, with the Offer expected to provide the capital required to execute existing opportunities and position the Company to deliver long-term shareholder value.

SRJ Technologies Group Plc (ASX: SRJ) (“SRJ” or the “Company”) advises that it is proposing to undertake a capital raising of up to approximately A$2.57 million via the issue of new fully paid CHESS Depositary Interests (“CDIs”) at an issue price of A$0.009 per CDI to certain institutional and sophisticated investors (“Placement”).

The Placement will comprise an offer of up to approximately 285.6 million CDIs utilising SRJ’s placement capacity under ASX Listing Rule 7.1 and 7.1A.

Funds raised under the Placement are intended to support the execution of secured contracts and expansion of advanced inspection operations in the Middle East, including deployment of robotics platforms, vehicles and pilots. The capital will provide working capital required to undertake asset integrity contract awards, covering performance guarantees, supplier mobilisation and project delivery as well as settling the costs of the Placement.

Peloton Capital Pty Limited and AE Advisors Group Pty Ltd are acting as the joint lead managers and bookrunners to the Placement. Maddocks are acting as SRJ’s Legal Counsel for the Placement.
