Subject: Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) – Regulations, 2015 Allotment of Bonus Equity Shares

Dear Sir,

Further to our letters dated August 31, 2021 and September 28, 2021, we wish to inform that the Board of Directors of the Company, at its meeting held today, allotted 23,69,80,820 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/each as fully-paid up Bonus Equity Shares, in the proportion of Four (4) Equity Share of Rs. 10/- each for every One (1) existing Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each, to the eligible Members whose names appeared in the register of Members / list of beneficial owners as on October 14, 2021, i.e. record date fixed for this purpose.

Consequently, the paid-up Equity Share Capital of the Company stands increased from Rs. 59,24,52,050 divided into 5,92,45,205 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each to Rs. 296,22,60,250 divided into 29,62,26,025 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each.
