Subject: Commissioning and Capitalisation of capital expenditure proposal approved by the Board
This is in continuation of our letter dated 27.10.2023 intimating approval from our Board of Directors for setting up a manufacturing facility for Capacitor Grade BOPP Film line at Indore.
It is hereby informed that the first phase of the said project has been commissioned and capitalized on 15.05.2026 at an aggregate cost of INR 277 Crores (approx.).
The second phase is expected to be capitalised at a cost of INR 6 Crores (approx.) in September, 2026.
