Disclosures under Schedule III, Part-A, Para A (Clause 20) of LODR is given below:

i)Name of Authority	Commissioner of Customs, Chennai-II (Imports)
ii)Nature and details of the action(s)taken,initiatedororder(s)passed;	Imposition of customs duty and penalty aggregating to Rs. 38.49Crores (approx.) alongwith applicable interest thereon on accountof, inter alia, wrong HSN classification for import of raw materialsand process chemicals, thereby denying the benefits of FTA andexemption notification.
iii)Date of receipt of direction ororder, including any ad-interim orinterim orders, or any othercommunicationfromtheauthority;	22.01.2026 at 04.02 p.m.
iv)Detailsoftheviolation(s)/contravention(s)committedorallegedtobecommitted;	The department has alleged that the Company has adoptedwrong HSN classification and consequently availed undue benefitunder applicable FTA and exemption notification. The departmenthas also alleged that the Company has also availed exportincentives wrongfully.
v)impact on financial, operation orother activities of the listed entity,quantifiable in monetary terms tothe extent possible.	Based on legal advice, the management is confident that thedemand is not legally tenable and the same would be contestedbefore the appropriate legal forums.
