Sub: Disclosure under Regulation 30(11) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015

Dear Sir,

This is to inform that a material price movement was observed in the Company’s share price today on 30[th] January 2025.

Upon the scrutiny of the Mainstream Media as envisaged in the captioned regulations, it was found that there is a News Article published yesterday in The CNBC TV18 under the title “Here's why shares of Gujarat Fluorochemicals, SRF, Navin Fluorine surged on Wednesday” at the following link -

In compliance with regulation 30(11) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Company considers it necessary to inform the Stock Exchanges that it was reported in the aforesaid Article that a rise in the prices of refrigerant gases particularly in the R-22 is anticipated by Gujarat Fluorochemicals Ltd. We hereby clarify that R-22 forms a small percentage of the total revenue of the Company and hence we cannot confirm that the material price movement is attributable to the aforesaid rumour.
