In continuation to our letter dated 23[rd] July 2025 regarding declaration of dividend we would like to inform that the Company has provided facility for submission of necessary documents to apply for deduction of TDS at a lower rate or nil rate.

Shareholders are requested to please submit details latest by 30[th] July 2025 in order to enable the Company to determine and deduct appropriate TDS / withholding tax at the time of payment of dividend.
